RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are made online with payment as a deposit
The payment of the  solde is due on the day of the performance of the service.
Any cancellation by the customer must take place 72 hours before the scheduled appointment  and must be the subject of a call or written message from him, in order to agree on a new date.
 
Any delay must be reported as soon as possible and not exceed 15 minutes.
 
In this case, La Clinicikque Mak'Art will do its best to provide customers with services of an equivalent nature in compensation.
 
In   case of final cancellation, and according to the provisions of article 1590 of the Civil Code, "  all deposits that have been _cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_paid as collateral remain  acquired”.
 
The establishment reserves the right to cancel any services, insofar as the conditions of execution of these would not be able to satisfy the customers.
 
The customer will therefore be offered another service or another plan, and failing acceptance, the service will be subject to reimbursement of the sums already paid by the Customer.
Anyone seeking compensation due to the cancellation is excluded.
 
The prices displayed on the website and in our brochures are indicated in euros, all French taxes included.
The prices are valid for the duration of the current rate or special promotional offers.
